A beautiful calico, Ginger arrived at the S.P.A. in early August 2020 at the age of 3 months. She will play, especially with a laser toy, and has become more interactive with the other cats. She’s getting more comfortable around them—curious about both kittens and adults, eating alongside them, and quietly sharing space. She’s also been staying in the room longer when volunteers enter, rather than retreating right away. She is not comfortable with being petted or held. She would do well as a single cat.
