Pepe
Pepe came to the S.P.A. on November 5, 2025 when he was about 9 months old. He was part of a group of 10 dogs abandoned in a house in Celaya. The S.P.A. agreed to accept 5. Three have been adopted.
We have been unable to really touch Pepe since he arrived. He is very skittish, very frightened, and very clever. We haven’t even been able to put a collar on him and have never taken him for a walk. He is not a mean dog or aggressive. He is just scared. He plays with other dogs – just stays clear of people – darts in to quickly take a treat, but then runs off.
We’re posting him with the hopes that someone would be willing to work with him and socialize him. A long shot, we know, but worth a try.
