Flora came to the S.P.A. on September 1, 2023 when she was about 8 years old. She is a small girl, friendly, and full of happiness. She seems to prefer people over dogs. Rescued by the S.P.A. from Canine Control, Flora is safe with us as she waits for her forever home.
