Baxter came to the S.P.A. on April 22, 2024 when he was about 2 years old. He is a happy fella! His tail is constantly wagging, signaling that he is eager for some love and attention which he is happy to reciprocate. Medium-sized, he’s a really nice dog. Rescued by the S.P.A. from Canine Control (the city’s kill shelter), Baxter is safe with us as he waits for his forever home.
