Frankie came to the S.P.A. on October 7, 2021 when he was about 2 years old. Apparently abandoned, he sought refuge in someone’s garage. Fortunately, a Good Samaritan who just didn’t have the heart to turn him away, took care of him until we could take him in. Frankie is a delightfully exuberant happy little guy. He’s small and affectionate and his tail seems to never stop wagging. He loves attention and really enjoys going for a walk.
