Charlie came to the S.P.A. on September 12, 2022 when he was about 1 year old. Medium-sized, he is a handsome, sweet dog who likes to give hugs. He is friendly with people end other dogs. He is eager to go for a walk and walks easily on a leash.  Rescued by the S.P.A. from Canine Control, Charlie is safe with us as he waits for his forever home.
