We have set a new goal to increase our membership twice a year through the efforts of all members. We simply ask that you encourage two friends or acquaintances to join our organization---a true bargain at $40 US---when you consider the hungry mouths that are fed, the sweet bodies that are warmed and the irreplaceable feeling you will have knowing you have helped save precious lives of San Miguel’s homeless and helpless dogs, puppies, kittens and cats. Is YOUR membership current? As you know, the S.P.A. relies entirely on funds given through people like you--- either through generous donations & bequests, attendance at our fundraisers, purchase of items that are occasionally sold through the S.P.A., and of course, through your annual membership dollars and pesos. Every single dollar/peso counts. Remember---these are individual memberships, so if you have a spouse or know of a spouse who is NOT a member, go get 'em! Memberships work in conjunction with the calendar year. We need and look forward to your continued support!
In a new initiative, we have instituted a members' benefits program. The program provides members with discounts from participating veterinarians and other suppliers of goods and services for dogs and cats in San Miguel. Upon becoming a member you will be issued with an S.P.A. membership card. Presenting the card to participating providers entitles you to the discounts they have agreed to give to members.
